1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
The Chair welcomed the Committee Members, witnesses and members of the public to the meeting.
2. Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Bill (Stage 1): Evidence Session Minister for Local Government and Communities
The Committee received evidence from the Minister for Local Government and Communities on the Bill.
3. Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting
The motion was agreed.
4. Factual Briefing on the White Paper: Legislation to end violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence
The Committee received a factual briefing on the White Paper: Legislation to end violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence.
5. Regulated Mobile Home Sites (Wales) Bill: Consideration of draft report
5.1 The Committee considered and agreed the draft report subject to a few minor amendments.
5.2 The Committee agreed to follow the standard order of consideration under Standing Order 26.21 for the Stage 2 procedure.
6. Discussion of Business Committee's letter about committee timetables
6.1 The Committee discussed the letter and agreed to write to the Presiding Officer with the issues raised.
7. Inquiry into Home Adaptations - agreement of approach to inquiry
7.1 The Committee agreed the approach to the inquiry. Members suggested some additional witnesses to be included in the consultation and schedule of oral evidence.
